The BPO Pathfinder is a seven-module online training experience crafted to introduce middle-aged individuals—particularly those from non-corporate backgrounds—to the fast-paced world of the BPO industry. Each module combines interactive learning, practical exercises, and realistic industry scenarios to build core competencies and foundational knowledge. By the end of the program, participants will be well-prepared for pre-selection and on-the-job training (OJT), ready to transition into professional roles within leading global BPO companies operating in Egypt.

1. Describe the impact of globalization on BPO operations, using examples from key theorists . 2. Compare the roles and functions of call centers, contact centers, and BPOs across industries and service channels. 3. Identify the key criteria of the Global Services Location Index (GSLI) and analyze Egypt’s ranking using current metrics. 4. Demonstrate understanding of effective communication skills by applying the two-way feedback model and resolving failures using the DiSC framework. 5. Construct professional emails using the 7C’s writing model and email structure guidelines (opener, body, closure) provided in the guide. 6. Apply the STAR method to formulate structured responses for common BPO interview questions during pre-screening, HR, and account-specific interviews. 7. Develop an ATS-friendly CV by incorporating relevant keywords, quantifiable achievements, and proper formatting aligned with industry standards. 8. Analyze daily routines and apply the Urgent/Important matrix to prioritize tasks effectively and reduce time-wasters.
