Job Description:
- Responsible for providing first-level support to users experiencing technical issues with software, hardware, and other IT-related systems.
- This role involves troubleshooting problems, resolving technical queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- The specialist works closely with internal teams and, when needed, escalates complex issues to higher-level support.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related field
• Experience with hardware and software issues.
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Internet-related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal & written
• Hands-on experience with various operating systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
