Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and making sure they are comfortable.
Advising clients on appropriate cuts, colors and treatments.
Recommending appropriate hair products.
Wash, cut, color and style hair.
Stay up to date with the latest hairstyle trends and products.
Cleaning and sterilizing equipment throughout the day.
Work with a variety of equipment such as hair straighteners, clippers and hot brushes.
Meeting with suppliers and ordering new stock as needed.
Maintain adequate stock of hair products and tools.
