Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Nile Air is an Egyptian airline based at Cairo International Airport that operates scheduled services to destinations in Egypt and the Middle East, the Persian Gulf, Southern Europe, Asia and Africa. Nile Air is the largest private airline in Egypt and second only to Egyptair.


Job Description: 

  • Responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive and seamless experience across all touchpoints with a company.
  • They handle inquiries, resolve complaints, gather feedback, and work with teams to improve services and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English - spoken and written
  • Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office .   
  • Advanced Amadeus using skills.
  • Good knowledge of aviation industry products.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
  • Direct exposure to telephone sales environment
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving and stress management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
