الوصف الوظيفي:
- Responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive and seamless experience across all touchpoints with a company.
- They handle inquiries, resolve complaints, gather feedback, and work with teams to improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Arabic and English - spoken and written
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office .
- Advanced Amadeus using skills.
- Good knowledge of aviation industry products.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Direct exposure to telephone sales environment
- Good commercial acumen
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Strong problem solving and stress management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
