Redefining Success
My Journey From the Lab to Leading Campaigns.
My name is Shahenaz Adel Ahmed, and I’m currently a Medical Copywriter and Project Manager at Clue Integrated Group—a dynamic company that operates at the intersection of digital marketing, software solutions, events planning, and medical content creation.
My journey began with a Pharmacy degree from Ain Shams University in 2003. Like many fresh graduates, I stepped into the pharmaceutical industry, working in the production department at Nile Pharma. But life had other plans.
After one year, I paused my career and relocated with my husband to an Arab country. That’s when I made my first career shift—a bold move into education. I spent nine years as a Science and Biology teacher in international schools. It was a transformative period that sharpened my communication skills and deepened my passion for simplifying complex concepts.
Returning to Egypt, I found myself at another crossroads. I decided to reinvent myself once again—this time stepping into the world of medical copywriting. It was love at first script! Writing medically accurate yet engaging content felt like the perfect blend of my pharmacy background and teaching experience.
Before long, my knack for organization, leadership, and strategic thinking didn’t go unnoticed. I was promoted to Project Manager within Clue Integrated Group. That opened the door to leading major campaigns for top pharmaceutical giants like AstraZeneca, GSK, Organon, Merck, and Jamjoom.
Today, I don’t just write medical content—I orchestrate entire campaigns, from strategy to execution, with creativity, precision, and a lot of heart. Each step of my journey—pharmacist, teacher, copywriter, manager—has added a layer to who I am today: someone who thrives on change, believes in the power of storytelling, and leads with purpose.
And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.
