Redefining Success
After the training, I felt like a different person.
My name is Nada Ashraf, a graduate of the Faculty of Arts, Department of Media, class of 2020.
Like many people after graduation, I was confused and didn’t know where to start or how to
truly prepare myself for the job market.
The turning point came when I applied for the JPTP program from Education For
Employment–Egypt, and it truly changed many things for me.
Through this program, I learned:
• How to write a professional CV.
• How to be prepared for any job interview and speak with confidence.
• I developed my soft skills, as well as improved my Microsoft Office and English skills.
After the training, I felt like a different person. I became more organized and confident, and I
started working on myself even more. To further develop my practical experience, I decided to
volunteer with EFE-Egypt.
Volunteering was an amazing experience!
I participated in organizing many events, and I learned much more from practical work than I
had ever imagined. I felt like I was helping and making an impact, which encouraged me to
apply for a job with confidence in my abilities.
Thanks to everything I learned, I applied for a position at Alpha Scan Lab as a Receptionist,
and thankfully, I got accepted!
Now, as I work in my job, I look back on this journey with pride and see how much personal
development and learning can truly change anyone's life.
