My Journey from Full-Time Mother to Business Leader.

I’m Marwa Elattar, the Business Development Director at Clue Group, a digital marketing and software development agency. My path has been anything but conventional—one of resilience, reinvention, and an unwavering belief in lifelong learning. 

With a degree in English Literature, I stepped away from the workforce for 15 years to raise my four children. At 35, I faced the daunting challenge of starting over, fueled by both ambition and the anxiety of lost time. But step by step, I carved my way forward, earning a top managerial position and even guiding others on their professional journeys. 

As I neared 40, I embraced yet another transformation—transitioning into business development and marketing. With persistence and dedication, I grew into my role, eventually leading strategic growth and building meaningful client relationships as the Business Development Director at two companies. 

My journey is proof that it’s never too late to rewrite your story. Success isn’t measured by when you start, but by the passion, perseverance, and heart you bring to the path ahead.
