That’s when we started writing the history of El Abd and carving a big name in the production of Eastern and Western sweets as well as bakery. Later, in 1996, another branch was opened on 26th July Street in downtown. Since the very beginning, our main goal is to share people their happiness and joy on various occasions and draw a smile on the faces of Egyptian family members by offering a variety of high-quality products.

- Social Media Moderator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in social media moderation, customer service, or community management
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic & English
- Strong judgment and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive content or complaints
- Familiarity with social media platforms, moderation tools, and analytics dashboards
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work independently
- Flexibility to work in shifts or during peak hours, including evenings or weekends, if required
