Job Description

  1. Investigating complaints submitted by customer service and the call center.
  2. Investigating any problems or complaints with representatives.
  3. Training any new employee in the distribution department.
  4. Training representatives and group leaders on work procedures.
  5. Attending daily meetings and providing feedback on performance management meetings.
