Clue-digital is seeking a Presales Specialist

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, analyze, and design software solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and resolving business challenges.
  • Analyze client needs to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate client requirements into detailed project documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, development, and clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Conduct testing and validation of software solutions.
  • Provide technical support during the presales phase, including product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a presales, business analysis, or similar role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience with project testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
