  We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring)
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HR database
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Follow up on attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
  • Assist in performance management and evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Support HR projects and daily administrative tasks

Qualifications / Education :
