We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to handle a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Follow up on attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Assist in performance management and evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support HR projects and daily administrative tasks
