Job Description :

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to organize our company's daily accounting procedures. The successful candidate will manage accounts payable/receivable and day to day financial transactions. The goal is to optimize our financial procedures and provide accurate, timely data to management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Transactions: Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions, manage invoicing, and track expenses.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including following up on overdue accounts and processing vendor payments.
  • Administrative Management: of paper work and filing and follow up internally and externally
  • Compliance: Ensure that all financial practices adhere to set rules and regulations
  • Documentation: Maintain well-organized digital and physical files for invoices, receipts, and tax records and any other supportive documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a administrator, accountant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using erp systems or at least ready to learn
  • Advanced computer and MS skills
