Job Description:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients in the oil and gas sector and Other Sectors
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client needs and align them with appropriate training and consultation solutions.
- Proposal Development & Presentation
- Develop customized proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical team.
- Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of the company’s services.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
- Recommend strategic approaches to market entry and service positioning.
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the training, consultation, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in business development, preferably in training, consulting, or the oil & gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent Language Tools
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of contacts in oil and gas companies.
- Understanding of HSE, technical, and soft skills training areas.
- Experience with proposal writing and bid/tender processes.
