Job Description :

Key tasks include managing project documentation, updating design boards, coordinating samples, and using softwares, alongside scheduling and office organization. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design Support: Prepare and organize mood boards, design samples, and materials libraries. Assist with basic drafting, rendering, or formatting presentations, often utilizing software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or AutoCAD.
  • Documentation & Project Admin: Manage project files, including creating and updating files, technical drawings, and specifications. Track and upload "tech packs" or design specifications to vendors.
  • Office & Project Coordination: Schedule client meetings, site visits, and coordinate travel for the design team.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • General Administration: Handle data entry, scan, print, and organize project-related documentation. 


Required Skills and Qualifications :


  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) or CAD tools.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized physical and digital design libraries.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma, experience in an architectural, interior design, or creative environments is typically preferred. A degree in administration or secretarial work is preferred.
