
Job Description
1) Preparing an account statement for each supplier and monitoring the payment period. Given the nature of the activity based on COD, this involves calculating all cash deliveries and completing a daily closing.
2) Monitoring the receipt of tax invoices from suppliers.
3) Monitoring payment for each supplier on the due dates.
4) Creating a file for each supplier separately, detailing the supplier's name, tax registration number, and commercial registration number. Keeping copies of the supplier's tax documents, the file includes all correspondence and agreements between the company and the supplier.
5) Reviewing supplier payments with the bank management and the bank accountant.
6) Reviewing the supplier balance sheet on a monthly basis with all its details.
7) Preparing account statements for suppliers and approving them at the end of each period.
8) Reviewing purchase invoices listed on the tax website and matching them with the invoices received by the department.
