Course Description

Human Capital Management (HCM) is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and develop people within organizations. This course explores the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Participants will learn modern HR strategies, best practices in talent management, and how to align human capital initiatives with organizational goals. By the end of the course, learners will be able to create a productive, motivated, and high‑performing workforce that drives sustainable business success.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Analyze organizational workforce needs and identify the skills, capabilities, and roles required for achieving strategic goals. Design and implement effective talent acquisition processes that attract, select, and onboard the right candidates. Apply performance management tools to monitor, evaluate, and enhance employee performance. Develop employee learning and development plans that support continuous growth and organizational capability building. Implement employee engagement and retention strategies that strengthen motivation, satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Use HR analytics and metrics to make data‑driven decisions about people management. Align human capital initiatives with business strategy to drive productivity and long-term organizational success.
