Responsibilities
- Create engaging and rigorous lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students at different grade levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported in their learning journey.
- Implement effective instructional strategies to promote academic growth and development across subject areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices across grade levels and ensure continuity of learning.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student success and address any concerns or challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/licensure for the appropriate grade levels and subjects.
- Previous teaching experience at multiple grade levels (experience in [specific grade level(s)] is preferred).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
