Redefining Success

 

I am Nervana Hamza, an HR professional and Head of Human Resources at an aviation services

company, with extensive experience in HR operations and employee relations. I have led

impactful initiatives, including managing medical insurance systems for large workforces, and I

am commized to building healthy, people-centered workplaces while empowering women in

their career journeys.

Returning to the job market was challenging, but attending a MOMKEN FOR HER event

provided clarity, confidence, and renewed direction through networking, mentoring, and career

coaching. Today, I continue my work with purpose, creating positive workplace impact and

supporting other women through growth and guidance.
