We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Representative to join MedSpark’s growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible communicating with potential customers, promoting online healthcare courses, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic EdTech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and update account information regularly.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects & customers using social media platforms.
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to the appropriate departments
- Support in representing the company in events and conferences.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Qualifications / Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical or any related field.
- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
