I am Doaa ElRaai, a restaurant consultant and executive chef with extensive experience in

restaurant development and operations.

 My expertise includes menu design, chef training, soft

and full openings, and cost control, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and quality.

I am passionate about kitchen R&D, improving workflows, enhancing performance, and raising

operational standards. I have supported multiple restaurant projects from concept through full

launch.

Currently, I serve as Executive Chef and Internal Audit Lead at Chef Studios Group, where I

focus on quality excellence, team development, and effective operating systems.
