We are looking for a Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to subscribe to our mental health product. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conducting scripted presentations to promote our mental health product, detailing its features, available packages, and pricing.
- Addressing customer queries regarding our products and services.
- Initiating follow-ups with past customers to explore potential sales opportunities.
- Managing and updating customer contact records.
- Administering customer surveys to gather insights on prospective clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Experience at least 1 year of experience in customer care or telesales field
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related field is a plus
