الوصف الوظيفي:
- assists customers with booking, changing, and canceling flight reservations.
- They provide information about flight schedules, fares, and travel policies while ensuring a smooth and pleasant booking experience.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in Arabic and English - spoken and written
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Advanced Amadeus using skills.
- Good knowledge of aviation industry products.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High problem-solving skills.
- Presentable.
