- Oversee and coordinate inventory and fixed assets physical counts, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Prepare and support statutory financial analysis and manage all documentation for external audits.
- Calculate manufacturing overheads and contribute to annual material target submissions and standard cost .
- Provide support during tax inspections, including data analysis and response coordination.
- Review and validate reconciliations and financial bookings in cooperation with the Hyderabad shared services team.
- Manage and review intercompany postings and balances, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Reconcile employee benefit expenses, including services from third-party providers such as Orange and AXA.
- Lead and review the monthly closing process, figures, including accruals, and provisions.
- Perform E-Invoice reconciliations and ensure accurate manual postings when needed.
- Ensure the reporting and process are compliance with internal controls
Qualifications / Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, Egyptian tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Good command in both English and Arabic.
