Clue-digital is seeking a Presales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to
identify, analyze, and design software solutions tailored to client
requirements.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and resolving
business challenges.
- Analyze client needs to ensure feasibility and
alignment with business objectives.
- Translate client requirements into detailed
project documentation.
- Act as a liaison between sales, development, and
clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Conduct testing and validation of software
solutions.
- Provide technical support during the presales
phase, including product demonstrations and client presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and
emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales, business
analysis, or similar role within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development
processes.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and
communication skills.
- Track record of driving sales growth and meeting
targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience with project testing and quality
assurance processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive
in a dynamic environment.
