Job Title: Call Center Representative

المسؤوليات
- Handle incoming calls and/or messages from customers in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with account-related requests and technical support.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services.

- Good communication skills.
- Strong English comprehension.
- Good typing speed (for non-voice accounts).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Fluency in the required language (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Languages Required:
Applicants must be fluent in at least one of the following languages.

Salary Ranges (Gross):
- Arabic Language: 7,000 EGP up to 9,000 EGP
- English Language: 10,000 EGP up to 40,000 EGP (depending on level)
- Other Languages (French, Dutch, Italian): 25,000 EGP up to 65,000 EGP
Work Locations (Cairo):
- Downtown
- Maadi
- One Kattamya
- 6th of October
Shifts:
- Fixed Shifts
- Rotational Shifts (Morning, Night, Overnight)
