Job Purpose 

•Sell bank financial products & service  

Key Result Areas 


•Be imaginative  and creative in the delivery of customer service 

•Contact customers on a daily basis, using direct approaches /telephone, to meet & set appointments 

with customers 

•Conduct the set appointments with customers and profile them and achieve a sale 

•Conduct outside sales calls to potential customers 

•Attend weekly follow up meetings with ASM/TL to report achievement of  the week's target 

•Take ownership of customer complaint resolution. Report indicators, set by managers accurately at the 

required frequency

The job holder will have to possess the following skills:

3. Interpersonal Skills4. Ability to work under pressure 

5. The jobholder should have completed his/her university graduates are better to have 

6. They should have 2-3 years banking experience or experience in any other.
