Position: Human Resources Specialist

Job Description: As a Human Resources Specialist at Mobica Factory, you will be an essential part of our HR team, responsible for managing various HR functions to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment. Your role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee evaluations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, prepare regular reports, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
