Job Description: 


We are seeking a Call Center Representative to manage our English-speaking customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:


• Handle incoming calls from English speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Provide accurate information about our products and services.

• Assist customers with account-related issues, including transactions, balances, and account maintenance.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information


Qualifications:


• Fluency in English and (written and spoken) is a must.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
