Call center - Nabd Alhayah Medical Center


Job Requirments:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Work conditions:

  • 8 hours of work , from 1 to 8 PM or 2 to 9 PM , depending on work pressure and coordination with the branch manager.
  • Work Location: Tanta or from home.


  • Salary range from 3300 to 5400 depending on experience in the same field.
