Call center - Nabd Alhayah Medical Center
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- 8 hours of work , from 1 to 8 PM or 2 to 9 PM , depending on work pressure and coordination with the branch manager.
- Work Location: Tanta or from home.
- Salary range from 3300 to 5400 depending on experience in the same field.
