Job Purpose
•To support key cash management clients (Revenue and Strategic) as a dedicated focal point on all cash
management related matters
•Identify opportunities jointly with cash sales managers for deeper penetration with key clients by cross
selling and up selling of cash management products.
•Assist in delivering “Client Service Excellence” effectively through active & regular engagement with the
client and periodic account reviews.
•Assist cash Sales team in driving increased utilization for clients with existing setups through identified
cross sell.
•Identify and introduce service improvements & streamline processes with product managers to
improve the overall client experience, and thereby strengthen relationships with the aim to retain and
increase client revenue lines.
•Build strong internal relationships with business segments Cash sales manager, RM community, and the
wider GTB team to drive client agendas.
•Support all the calling programs for awards, research, and other areas related to the branding of the
bank.
•Assist cash sales and implementation manager to achieve a higher digital penetration of GTB clients.
•Assist in delivering demos and trainings to GTB clients on cash management products and digital
solutions.
Key Result Areas
•Responsible for managing & protecting existing cash management business from the top strategic
clients.
•Assist Cash sales and implementation manager to improve cash management penetration by converting
opportunities of cross sell & upsell with these key clients.
•Support Sales in growing the liabilities and fees for the bank through superior service support for all
types of solutions.
•Increase number of products per client by working the sales managers within Egypt GTB
•Identify leakages in the portfolio and propose appropriate action to ensure attrition is minimized
through monitoring and tracking transactional activity of clients to assure high utilization of products and
optimization of balances
•Assist sales team to conduct Quarterly Client Account Review for Top Revenue Clients.
•Support all the calling programs for awards, research, and other areas related to the branding of the
bank.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
•Incumbent should have prior direct/indirect cash management knowledge in a similar position in Egypt
•Strong interpersonal skills is must
•University degree with at least 3+ years in a product/sales management or related area within cash
management and banking.
•Sales oriented personality with strong ability to understand client needs and to position bank offering
•Business and revenue-oriented skills
•Team collaboration building skills
