Before discovering his passion for psychometrics, Seif Marzouk began his career as a stockbroker in Cyprus. He later returned to Egypt, where he gained valuable experience in BTL advertising and digital marketing. Seif then moved into key marketing roles, including serving as a Marketing Research Consultant at GfK, advising leadership teams at major companies like Shell, Chevron, and Beko. He subsequently became the Direct Channel Marketing Manager at Shell then got promoted to be one of the youngest members to join Shell's Global Marketing Team.
